EUMOSA PLATFORM HIGHLIGHTS

EUMOSA Platform Highlights

A continuously updated overview of important EUMOSA platform capabilities. Each highlight corresponds to an implemented function, workflow or design principle that helps brands, managers, partners and other participants understand how EUMOSA supports expansion and long-term operations.

The platform continues to evolve, and this capability overview is updated as functions become real and usable.
Back to EUMOSA Platform Overview

Current Platform Highlights

Highlights are stored in a structured format so they can keep expanding across platform, brand, AI, verification, service and workflow capabilities.

HL-001Identity

One account, multiple roles and workspaces

A single My EUMOSA account can enter brand, branch, role and project workspaces according to real relationships.

User value

Less duplicate account management and a clear sense of which identity and workspace is currently active.

Platform value

A consistent Identity, Membership and Workspace foundation across all cores.

Core:PlatformImplemented / continuously improved
HL-002Workspace

Brand Workspace as the shared source for brand data

Brand basics, story, formats, expansion, supply chain, documents, Question Gate and evaluation live in one brand workspace.

User value

Brand information stays together and can be completed progressively.

Platform value

Creates a shared data source for evaluation, opportunity profiles, projects and future branches.

Core:Brand CoreImplemented / continuously improved
HL-003Asset Management

Permanent Brand ID and consistent asset storage

Every created brand receives a permanent non-recycled Brand ID and predictable folders for logo, story and other assets.

User value

Manual maintenance and asset discovery are simpler and safer.

Platform value

A scalable asset rule that can extend to Branch, Shop Staff and other cores.

Core:Brand CoreImplemented / continuously improved
HL-004Content Management

Brand Story with rich editing, image management, draft and publish separation

Brand Story uses rich HTML editing and a brand-specific Image Manager, while draft content remains separate from published content.

User value

Brands manage story content naturally without needing manual page layout work.

Platform value

User-provided content can be rendered safely through a consistent frontend structure.

Core:Brand CoreImplemented / continuously improved
HL-005AI & Languages

Future-ready multilingual editing, AI translation and Glossary

The system Default Language stays leftmost; AI can create editable translation drafts while the EUMOSA Glossary protects approved terminology.

User value

Complete content in the most familiar language first, then build another language efficiently.

Platform value

Starts with Traditional Chinese and English while remaining ready for future European and global languages.

Core:PlatformImplemented / continuously improved
HL-006Brand Diagnosis

Question Gate: diagnosis + education + navigation

Question Gate reuses existing brand data, identifies gaps, explains why they matter and sends users to the correct place to fix them.

User value

Know what is missing, why it matters and where to act next.

Platform value

Turns brand-building methodology into a repeatable, trackable workflow.

Core:Brand CoreImplemented / continuously improved
HL-007Legal & Compliance

Legal & Compliance by Design

Company identity, authorization, trademarks, contracts and legal claims distinguish self-declaration, evidence, platform preliminary checks and professional review.

User value

Users learn which claims require supporting documents or official records.

Platform value

Prevents self-declared information from being misrepresented as formal legal proof.

Core:Brand CoreImplemented / continuously improved
HL-008Evidence & Trust

A–E evidence levels and regional trademark readiness

Trademark evidence is graded from official certificates to self-declarations; Taiwan, EU, Benelux and other jurisdictions are recorded separately with four readiness levels.

User value

Understand evidence strength and the difference between home-market and European trademark protection.

Platform value

A transparent and consistent evidence and trademark-readiness standard.

Core:Brand CoreImplemented / continuously improved
HL-009Platform Verification

Platform-SOP-first preliminary verification

Rules check completeness, document status, authorization dates, authority chains and data consistency; human or professional review is reserved for exceptions.

User value

Most basic issues receive immediate status and next-step guidance.

Platform value

Makes verification scalable while clearly separating preliminary checks from legal certification.

Core:PlatformImplemented / continuously improved
HL-010Service Model

Free problem discovery, paid problem solving

The free platform layer identifies gaps; paid services are only offered when a user wants EUMOSA or a professional provider to perform substantive work.

User value

Users do not pay merely to discover what is missing.

Platform value

Paid services are tied to real needs and clear value rather than information asymmetry.

Core:PlatformImplemented / continuously improved
HL-011Service Model

Users keep the choice after a problem is identified

A user can fix an issue independently, follow platform guidance, or request help from EUMOSA or a professional provider.

User value

DIY, guided and professional routes remain available for the same issue.

Platform value

Creates a transparent service entry without disguising optional services as mandatory tasks.

Core:PlatformImplemented / continuously improved
HL-012Workflow

One workflow connecting Question Gate, Verification, EUMBOT, Project Center and professional services

Issues are identified through data and Question Gate, clarified by Verification, guided by EUMBOT, executed in Project Center and escalated to professional services when needed.

User value

Move from problem discovery to actual resolution without assembling the workflow outside the platform.

Platform value

Connects multiple cores into an extensible end-to-end expansion workflow.

Core:PlatformImplemented / continuously improved
HL-013Actions & Reminders

Two-layer intelligent action system

My EUMOSA Action Center aggregates important items across brands, roles, branches and projects, while each Workspace shows only contextual actions.

User value

See the whole picture in My EUMOSA and stay focused inside each workspace.

Platform value

Both layers use one Action Engine rather than conflicting task stores.

Core:PlatformImplemented / continuously improved
HL-014Actions & Reminders

Prioritised actions make urgency immediately visible

Items are classified as Action Required, Expiry, Waiting, Recommended and Optional Service; only genuine user actions count as items requiring attention.

User value

Immediately distinguish what needs action now from what is waiting, recommended or optional.

Platform value

Reduces notification fatigue and prevents optional paid services from appearing mandatory.

Core:PlatformImplemented / continuously improved
HL-015Workspace

Core products and Store Models become structured, replicable brand data

Brands structure their core products / services and Store Formats once, and Question Gate reuses the same data instead of asking again.

User value

Clarify what is truly being replicated: the core offer, differentiation, standardisation points and different store formats—not just the story or logo.

Platform value

Creates a shared brand-level source for Expansion Readiness, HQ Support, Branch creation and later POS / product integration.

Core:Brand CoreImplemented / continuously improved
HL-016Productivity

Bulk Import: build structured brand data in one pass

Brands can download a standard CSV template, prepare core products, Store Models and multilingual content in Excel, Google Sheets or another spreadsheet tool, then safely import them into Brand Workspace in bulk.

User value

Large data sets no longer require opening every form item and switching language tabs repeatedly; teams can prepare data offline and import it in one step.

Platform value

A common schema creates structured data that Question Gate, Expansion Readiness, HQ Support and later modules can reuse; safe mode only adds missing records and does not overwrite existing data.

Core:Brand CoreImplemented / continuously improved
HL-017replication

Expansion Readiness: turn “we want to expand” into a checkable replication system

Brands can define investment, area and staffing ranges by Store Model, then organise SOP, Opening Playbook, training, quality, POS/data and HQ Support capabilities.

User value

Instead of merely claiming franchise or expansion readiness, brands can see which replication capabilities are ready and which still need work.

Platform value

Expansion Readiness feeds Question Gate QG-008 to 010 directly, turning format economics, replication systems and HQ Support into reusable structured data.

Core:Brand CoreImplemented / continuously improved
HL-018Unit Economics

Store Unit Economics: calculate the break-even line before opening

Each Store Model combines opening investment, average ticket, transactions, variable costs, rent, labour and other fixed costs to calculate break-even sales, required daily transactions, target-profit revenue and simplified payback.

User value

Before signing a site or committing capital, understand the sales and transaction level the designed unit needs to sustain itself.

Platform value

Moves Expansion Readiness from subjective form-filling into a reusable Store Unit Economics Engine that can later be compared with actual locations, investment cases and Branch results.

Core:Brand CoreImplemented / continuously improved
HL-019Optimisation

Optimisation Levers: see which variable is worth improving first

Using the same operating model, EUMOSA estimates how changes in average ticket, transactions, food-cost rate, labour and rent affect monthly operating profit and ranks the impact.

User value

Brand leaders and shop operators can see not only whether a unit makes money, but which operational change is likely to create the greatest improvement.

Platform value

Turns financial output into an actionable improvement priority and can later connect to POS actuals, Action Center, EUMBOT and professional services.

Core:Brand CoreImplemented / continuously improved
HL-020Location Intelligence

Unit Economics × City Scout: connect break-even needs to real locations

Store Unit Economics produces required daily sales and transactions; Location Intelligence and City Scout can later compare these needs with rent, footfall, target customers and physical site conditions.

User value

Move beyond asking whether a location is busy and assess whether it can plausibly support a particular Store Model.

Platform value

Connects Brand, City Scout, Location Intelligence, Project Center and actual Branch operating data into one site-selection and expansion decision chain.

Core:PlatformImplemented / continuously improved
HL-021AI & Languages

Context-aware EUMBOT: understand the operating data on the current page

EUMBOT can use the currently interpretable brand, Store Model, Unit Economics, scenario tests and optimisation levers as direct conversation context, so users do not need to rebuild the numbers manually.

User value

Brand leaders and shop operators can ask why a result occurs, what changes if an assumption moves, and which lever matters most while continuing from the current workspace data.

Platform value

Turns structured Workspace data into live EUMBOT context so AI analysis stays tied to the brand and Store Model currently being managed.

Core:PlatformImplemented / continuously improved
HL-022Unit Economics

Dual break-even: cash survival plus true economic cost

Each Store Model shows both operating cash break-even and accounting break-even; the accounting view adds monthly depreciation / amortisation for fit-out, equipment and other entered assets.

User value

Prevents high-fit-out or equipment-heavy formats from appearing fully viable merely because day-to-day cash operations can break even.

Platform value

Extends Unit Economics from cash operating thresholds into asset-use cost and longer-term expansion decision support.

Core:Brand CoreImplemented / continuously improved
HL-023AI & Languages

Continuous-conversation EUMBOT: follow-up questions can continue from the previous discussion

EUMBOT keeps the recent conversation context for the current capability, so follow-ups such as “what if sales fall another 10%?” or “what about now?” can continue without restating the background each time.

User value

Users can keep probing, comparing and refining the same issue, turning AI interaction into an ongoing work discussion instead of isolated one-off answers.

Platform value

Lets EUMBOT carry the active discussion forward within the same work context and support progressive decision refinement.

Core:PlatformImplemented / continuously improved
HL-024AI & Languages

Layered cross-feature memory: carry brand and Store Model context into the next function

EUMBOT understands context in layers: current page, capability conversation, Store Model memory and Brand Workspace memory. Important brand and Store Model background can continue across related functions.

User value

When moving from Unit Economics to supply chain, branches or other functions, users do not need to reintroduce the same brand and Store Model; EUMBOT progressively understands the working context.

Platform value

Connects separate functions into a continuous intelligent workspace where established brand and Store Model context can keep supporting related work.

Core:PlatformImplemented / continuously improved
HL-025AI & Languages

One EUMBOT across the platform: the same AI assistant on different pages

EUMOSA does not place unrelated bots in every function. Users meet the same EUMBOT across Workspace functions, with its working context adapting to the current page and relevant memory.

User value

From brand and Store Model work to supply chain and future branches, users can keep working with one EUMBOT instead of starting a separate AI conversation for each function.

Platform value

Makes EUMBOT a shared intelligence layer across EUMOSA and creates a consistent AI experience across otherwise separate workflows.

Core:PlatformImplemented / continuously improved
HL-026Workspace

Brand Team Permission Matrix: one workspace, clear responsibilities

Brand owners can decide per member who may view, edit, publish or manage Brand Profile, Brand Story, Item Master, Products / Menu, Store Models, Expansion and Brand Members. Roles act as default templates rather than all-or-nothing access.

User value

Store managers, content teams, item teams, expansion staff and brand administrators can collaborate in the same Brand Workspace while receiving only the access needed for their work.

Platform value

Turns Brand Workspace into a true multi-user collaboration environment and establishes a consistent permission foundation for Team / Group seats and future specialist roles.

Core:Brand CoreImplemented / continuously improved
HL-027AI & Languages

Confirmable long-term EUMBOT memory: you decide what is worth remembering

When a conversation contains a durable preference, target, decision or rule, EUMBOT can ask whether it should remember it. Nothing becomes long-term memory until the user explicitly confirms it.

User value

EUMBOT can gradually understand how you work, your Brand and Store Models, while you remain in control of what is saved, which scope it belongs to and what should be forgotten.

Platform value

Turns AI memory into a transparent, layered and governable workspace capability instead of an opaque automatic accumulation of chat history.

Core:PlatformImplemented / continuously improved
HL-028Evidence & Trust

Evidence-Based Architecture

EUMOSA maintains an expanding Reference Source Registry of material regulations, international standards, accounting standards and official enterprise documentation, with verification dates, source levels and usage notes.

User value

Users can inspect important architecture evidence and official sources instead of relying only on platform claims.

Platform value

Creates an Architecture Evidence Chain between external evidence and EUMOSA design decisions, improving credibility, maintainability and readiness for future regulatory change.

Core:PlatformImplemented / continuously improved
HL-029Master Data

One Master, Many Uses

A Brand Item Master is created once with a permanent identity, then reused by Store Models, Branches, BOM, inventory, ERP, POS, finance and commerce channels.

User value

The same item no longer needs to be maintained independently in every system; changing ERP, POS or commerce software does not change the master identity.

Platform value

Establishes the EUMOSA Master Data Foundation, External ID Mapping and Audit Trail so later modules can share one Golden Record.

Core:PlatformImplemented / continuously improved
HL-030Finance & Accounting

Finance-Ready by Design

Items, materials, packaging and operating events are structured from the start so costing, tax, accounting classification and external ERP mapping can be added without rebuilding product data later.

User value

Brands progressively accumulate the structured information accountants, ERP and financial reporting will need instead of reconstructing it after years of operation.

Platform value

Places the future Product, Inventory, Sales and Accounting Event connections inside one enterprise architecture without being locked to SAP, Exact or any shopping-cart/e-commerce platform.

Core:PlatformImplemented / continuously improved
HL-031Finance & Accounting

Product-to-Profit Architecture

EUMOSA is designed to connect ingredients, recipe, BOM, products, sales, COGS, margin and financial statements through one traceable data chain.

User value

Future analysis can move from an item to theoretical cost, actual cost, margin and Branch / Store Model profitability without manually joining separate reports.

Platform value

Creates a From Ingredient to Financial Statement lineage for accountant review, Branch P&L and international finance mapping.

Core:PlatformImplemented / continuously improved
HL-032Learning & Competency

Learning-Ready by Design

Important EUMOSA functions are not only operational screens. Context help, official sources, concepts, tool practice, examples, common mistakes, knowledge checks and practical tasks are progressively structured so the same material can become course chapters.

User value

Users learn not only which button to press, but why the process matters, how to complete a real task and how to accumulate evidence of capability.

Platform value

The same knowledge can support Help, EUMBOT, video scripts, courses, quizzes and practical assignments without rebuilding education content later.

Core:PlatformImplemented / continuously improved
HL-033Enterprise Architecture Governance

Four-Pillar Architecture Review

Every new feature is reviewed for Enterprise-ready, Finance-ready, Evidence-based and Learning-ready requirements.

User value

Users receive functions that can progressively connect to enterprise operations, finance, international evidence and professional development rather than isolated short-term tools.

Platform value

Makes enterprise scalability, finance readiness, evidence chains and learning readiness mandatory architecture-review criteria, reducing large-scale reconstruction risk.

Core:PlatformImplemented / continuously improved
HL-034Location Intelligence

City Scout → Mayor: a district-regeneration flywheel

City Scouts begin with long-term footfall, district and retail-property observation, then progressively build commercial-real-estate, site-acquisition, leasing and district-development capability.

User value

Local observation can grow into evidence-backed professional capability, property-matching cases and district-development experience rather than remaining one-off site submissions.

Platform value

Connects Location Intelligence, brand expansion, commercial real estate and the Future Business Opportunity Incubator into a District Regeneration Flywheel.

Core:PlatformImplemented / continuously improved
HL-035Master Data

Safe Bulk Master Data Onboarding

Bulk data moves through Upload, Staging, Validation and Preview without writing staged rows directly to canonical master data. Brand Coding Scheme is optional rather than an import prerequisite.

User value

Brands may mix Item Types and UOMs in one file without adopting an EUMOSA coding pattern, while duplicate, reference-data and create/update decisions remain visible in validation.

Platform value

Turns bulk onboarding from a one-off file load into an open, auditable, validation-first Master Data Pipeline with ERP and enterprise-system readiness.

Core:Brand CoreImplemented / continuously improved
HL-036Master Data

Eight-Domain Item Architecture

EUMOSA separates Item data into Identity, Content, Classification, Attribute, Commercial, Operations, Compliance and Finance domains.

User value

Brands keep complete media, classification, attributes, pricing, inventory, BOM, compliance and finance capabilities without forcing everything into one product table, while business classification remains open.

Platform value

The Item Data Dictionary assigns Source of Truth, Scope, versioning, effective dating and override boundaries so ERP, POS, inventory, finance and multi-market capabilities share one architecture.

Core:PlatformImplemented / continuously improved
HL-037Master Data

EUID — Persistent EUMOSA Identity

EUID uses a 10-character XXXXX-XXXXX semantics-free format and does not encode Item, Brand, Branch, Category or other classification meaning.

User value

Brands keep using familiar business identifiers such as 2201, SKU or EAN while EUMOSA maintains a permanent identity behind the scenes without asking users to learn platform-internal classifications first.

Platform value

A central EUID Registry stores Entity Type as relationship data rather than inside the identifier, keeping identity, classification, ERP integration and white-label deployment decoupled.

Core:PlatformImplemented / continuously improved
HL-038Master Data

One Definition, Many Uses

The EUMOSA Dictionary centralizes formal definitions for important platform terms and data concepts. Search recognizes Chinese, English, abbreviations, aliases and related wording, while the Item Data Dictionary remains the dedicated Item-domain view.

User value

Terms such as EUID, Base UOM, BOM, Store Model and Accounting Event can be searched directly instead of browsing A–Z or guessing between pages.

Platform value

One formal definition can be reused by the EUMOSA Dictionary, Context Help, EUMBOT, Learning and domain dictionaries so different functions do not invent competing wording.

Core:PlatformImplemented / continuously improved
HL-039Master Data

Open Classification Architecture

EUMOSA manages Brand classification through Classification Scheme → hierarchical Node → Item Assignment, allowing the same Item to participate in product categories, Code Groups, procurement groups or ERP material groups at the same time.

User value

Brands keep their own classification habits and freely create multiple Schemes and hierarchy levels; moving shelves, adding categories or removing assignments never requires duplicating an Item or changing its EUID.

Platform value

Multiple Schemes, many-to-many Item assignment, duplicate Scheme Code protection and circular-hierarchy protection preserve classification quality while keeping Classification separate from Item Type, BOM and Finance identity.

Core:Brand CoreImplemented / continuously improved
HL-040Learning & Competency

Automatic Practice Assessment

EUMOSA treats real platform work as the practical assessment: understand the method, perform the work for real, and let the platform compare the outcome with disclosed completion criteria, update progress automatically and retain competency Evidence.

User value

Learners do not need to repeat their work through a separate Verify action. Real outcomes such as classifications, relationships, master-data configuration and Item Attributes are the assessment itself, while the course explains in advance what the platform checks and what completion unlocks.

Platform value

Deterministic Assessment prioritises real platform data instead of AI guesswork. Each Practice owns disclosed completion criteria, and the platform automatically updates Progress and Evidence in a Learn → Practice → Automatic Assessment → Evidence → Cultivation loop.

Core:PlatformImplemented / continuously improved
HL-041Learning & Competency

Cultivation Practice Map

EUMOSA arranges arts within a realm into a readable, automatically assessed route backed by competency evidence. Learners can see completed criteria, remaining criteria and the resulting cultivation status directly.

User value

Learners do not face an unordered wall of courses or a separate verification step. The Practice Map shows what has been mastered, which criteria are complete and what still needs practice, with each art opening its method, forms and real Evidence.

Platform value

The Practice Registry is decoupled from deterministic assessors. Every art owns its disclosed assessment rules, Progress and Evidence. Historical Attempts remain as audit history, but learners no longer trigger new verification attempts manually.

Core:PlatformImplemented / continuously improved
HL-042Learning & Competency

One Learning Truth, Two Experiences

EUMOSA Academy and the Cultivation Room share one Learning & Competency Graph. Course modules, arts, automatic practical assessment, Evidence and Progress are not duplicated systems.

User value

The same competency can be learned through formal course terminology or an immersive cultivation experience. Once real work satisfies the disclosed criteria, both views recognise the same result automatically with no duplicate examination.

Platform value

Learning Topic owns canonical learning content; the Practice Registry owns assessor and pathway placement; both interfaces reuse the same Evidence and Progress so curriculum and product capability do not drift apart.

Core:PlatformImplemented / continuously improved
HL-043Learning & Competency

Evidence-to-Credential Architecture

EUMOSA connects Learning Outcomes, automatic practical assessment, Progress and Evidence into an awardable Credential Record, while reserving European standard elements, portability, stackability, ELM mapping and future EDC issuance connections.

User value

After a coherent learning stage is completed, the learner can progress to a credential candidate / award visible in My Micro-Credentials without repeating the same real work or assessment.

Platform value

Credential Specification is separated from learner-specific Award records, and awarding rules directly reuse the Learning & Competency Graph. EUMOSA credentials remain clearly distinguished from EU, EQF, ECTS or other external accreditation while retaining Europass ELM/EDC interoperability readiness.

Core:PlatformImplemented / continuously improved
HL-044Learning & Competency

Transparent Workload & Award Eligibility

EUMOSA sums topic-level Notional Workload from the same Learning & Competency Graph and clearly separates Award Eligible from Issued.

User value

Learners can see the typical learning time behind a credential and how it is composed, without confusing eligibility with an actually issued credential.

Platform value

QA-approved topic workload rolls into the Credential Specification, while issued awards retain a workload snapshot. Hours are used without self-converting to ECTS, preserving transparent and auditable governance.

Core:PlatformImplemented / continuously improved
HL-045Learning & Competency

Verified Credential Lifecycle

EUMOSA connects Award Eligible → Issued → Verified in one credential lifecycle, re-checking award conditions at issuance and freezing learning outcomes, workload and competency evidence snapshots.

User value

Learners receive more than an image or PDF: a Credential UID, issue date and shareable verification link allow third parties to confirm a valid EUMOSA award record.

Platform value

Learner Awards preserve a canonical payload, Evidence snapshot, opaque verification token and SHA-256 hash. Public verification confirms native EUMOSA record integrity while keeping EU/Europass/EDC accreditation boundaries explicit.

Core:PlatformImplemented / continuously improved
HL-046Evidence & Trust

Public Credential Verification

EUMOSA provides a no-login micro-credential verification entry in the global footer. Third parties can enter a Credential UID and see the current VALID, EXPIRED, REVOKED, SUSPENDED or INVALID state together with integrity verification.

User value

Learners do not need employers or partners to create an EUMOSA account. A Credential UID is enough for independent verification, while public results mask learner personal data by default and reveal only the minimum information needed to identify the credential.

Platform value

Public Verification uses exact UID lookup with no name search or public credential directory. Lifecycle status is evaluated separately from SHA-256 payload integrity so “unchanged record” and “currently valid credential” are never confused.

Core:PlatformImplemented / continuously improved
HL-047Learning & Competency

Flexible Credential Validity Governance

EUMOSA follows the flexible Europass approach by managing Valid From, optional credential expiry, Refresh Guidance and Credential Status separately. Foundational native micro-credentials default to no assigned expiry date.

User value

Learners do not have to repeat identical certification merely for formality. Fixed validity can be reserved for genuinely time-sensitive regulatory, technical or professional learning, while other content can use friendly refresh guidance.

Platform value

Credential Specifications define policy-driven no-expiry or fixed validity and Awards preserve validity snapshots. Credential expiry remains distinct from future EDC electronic-seal validity and share-link expiry, preventing different kinds of expiration from being conflated.

Core:PlatformImplemented / continuously improved
HL-048Master Data

Business Code for Users, EUID for Machines

EUMOSA Item Content lets Brand teams keep familiar Brand Item Code / Model conventions for daily communication, media uploads and user file finding, while EUID quietly preserves permanent identity and canonical relationships across ERP, POS, BOM, finance and other systems.

User value

Uploading media for 2201 means finding 2201, not first looking up an XXXXX-XXXXX mapping. Primary media can be 2201.jpg and gallery media 2201-01.jpg, keeping user-maintained folders short, obvious and easy to maintain.

Platform value

User-readable storage and canonical identity have separate responsibilities. Brand Item Code remains reserved within the Brand and drives user-facing file paths, while Asset ID, EUID, checksum and relationship data preserve machine integrity. Primary-image replacement uses a checksum version token to refresh browser caches without sacrificing the simple 2201.jpg filename.

Core:Brand CoreImplemented / continuously improved
HL-049Master Data

Open Attribute Architecture

EUMOSA keeps variable Item characteristics in reusable Attribute Definitions and typed values instead of changing Item Core whenever a Brand adds a flavour, colour, Brix or technical specification.

User value

Brands can use their own product language for Flavour, Colour, Capacity, Brix, pH and other attributes. Attribute Code is optional, definitions can be reused across many Items, and changing a characteristic never changes EUID.

Platform value

Display Attributes and Technical Specifications share a typed Attribute Engine with UOM, multilingual values and Effective Dating, while Regulatory Attributes remain owned by the Compliance Domain to preserve both flexibility and governance.

Core:Brand CoreImplemented / continuously improved
HL-050AI & Languages

AI-Ready by Design

EUMOSA lets one Canonical Master Data foundation serve both user interfaces and an AI Discovery Layer instead of duplicating data for search engines or one AI vendor.

User value

Public Brand, Item, Course, Credential and Dictionary content can be understood through stable identity, textual facts, relationships, provenance and multilingual pages, while private My EUMOSA / Workspace data remains outside crawl and indexing boundaries.

Platform value

The AI Discovery Layer projects trusted public data through JSON-LD, Schema.org semantic mappings, canonical URLs, hreflang, multilingual sitemaps, crawlable text and ARIA semantics. EUID, Golden Record, Scope, Source of Truth and Evidence Provenance remain canonical and vendor-neutral.

Core:PlatformImplemented / continuously improved
HL-051commerce

Master First, Sell Second

EUMOSA separates Item Master from the Sell / Serve Menu sales layer. , Products / Menu creates a Sellable Offering by referencing the existing brand_item_id / EUID instead of creating a second product master, then continues through Product Options, Pricing, Channels and Availability.

User value

Teams create the Item once, then decide whether and how it is sold. Price, channel, menu position and temporary availability changes never require duplicate Item records; navigation follows the operating workflow to reduce memory and repeated input.

Platform value

One Item, Many Sales Configurations uses a unique brand_id + brand_item_id sales-layer relationship to keep canonical master data separate from sales configuration and preserve clean boundaries for POS, Branches, multi-channel pricing, availability, customer preferences and white-label deployment.

Core:Brand CoreImplemented / continuously improved
HL-052commerce

Define Once, Apply Many

separates Create Product Options from Apply Product Options: Brands define stable sweetness, ice, size and topping structures once, then reuse them across Products.

User value

Users can tell whether they are defining reusable rules or configuring a specific Product. Apply Product Options uses a List First Dense Table showing each eligible Product's Image, Item Code, Product/Menu Name, Applied Options, Incomplete Material Links, Status and Edit. Edit then opens the exact Item Workspace Product Option tab, keeping the main page focused instead of expanding configuration immediately. Standard ? Context Help continues to carry guidance and learning. adds Select / Radio / Checkbox / Text / Textarea / File / Date / Time / Datetime Input Types, derives selection behaviour from the type, and gives hierarchical assignments per-node plus all expand/collapse controls.

Platform value

Option Group / Value remains the Brand-level canonical definition while Product Option Assignment stores only the Sellable Offering relationship, offered values, default and price adjustments, preserving durable identities for POS, preferences and multi-channel configuration. Input Type, optional Brand Media image references and Sort Order remain definition concerns, while Quantity / Subtract Stock / Weight stay in the correct Item, BOM, Inventory and Costing domains.

Core:Brand CoreImplemented / continuously improved
HL-053commerce

Group Once, Choose Precisely

adds Option Categorys to Product Options so toppings can be organized into Syrup, Popping Boba, Agar and similar categories while orders still capture exact leaf choices such as Caramel Syrup or Strawberry Popping Boba.

User value

A shared subgroup price avoids entering the same surcharge for every flavour. Customers and kitchen still see the exact choice, while only exceptional leaf values need an individual price override.

Platform value

Group → Option Category → Leaf Value keeps stable codes and multilingual labels. Leaf choices may link to canonical Item Master records, preparing traceable selection paths for POS, Recipe / Production, Inventory, Costing and future preferences.

Core:Brand CoreImplemented / continuously improved
HL-054commerce

Save as You Build

lets an Option Category be created and saved before all orderable leaf choices are ready. Large sets can be saved progressively, and validation errors no longer erase submitted rows.

User value

Create POPPING now and add Strawberry, Mango and Lychee later. A 19-choice topping set can be saved in stages instead of forcing one all-or-nothing form submission.

Platform value

Draft Option Category and Orderable Leaf are separated: zero-leaf subgroups persist but are excluded from Product Option Assignment, while failed validation rehydrates submitted form state to protect user-entered data and support Human Happiness First.

Core:Brand CoreImplemented / continuously improved
HL-055commerce

Define Clean, Link Explicitly

Option Item Link uses a dedicated workspace with a progressive maintenance ladder: single record → quick batch → Smart Match → Excel Bulk Import, while Product Option definitions remain canonical and separate.

User value

For a few records, operators click Linked / Item link needed directly. For many records, Quick Link Workspace supports multi-select, Classification/search narrowing, Smart Match v3 proposals inside the current candidate scope, Link Quality Validation for existing links, exception-focused views and Progressive Save. Completed rows can be committed first while unresolved rows stay pending. Link-quality text stays concise in-table, with contextual ? Help explaining that menu availability and the operational Item target are separate responsibilities. Users avoid repetitive editor navigation without allowing uncertain automatic linking.

Platform value

Product Option Definition, Product Option Assignment and Option Item Link remain separate responsibilities. Batch work is protected by Local Draft, Smart Match is proposal-only and auto-proposes only Raw Material / Semi-finished candidates, Progressive Save writes only rows with a valid target Item, and the canonical relationship changes only after explicit Save, preserving clean boundaries for Recipe / Production, Inventory, Costing and future POS integration.

Core:Brand CoreImplemented / continuously improved
HL-056AI & Languages

Stable Identity, Correctable Code

Product Option Value ID is the permanent internal identity while Value Code may be corrected during authoring. Leaf-value layout also gives multilingual labels more space and moves Sort Order to a compact final column.

User value

A mistaken code or a later Brand model/shorthand can be corrected without deleting and rebuilding the option, while multilingual labels remain readable.

Platform value

Relationships remain anchored to product_option_value_id, so a Value Code correction does not change internal identity. further refines uniqueness to the natural flat-Group or hierarchical-Option Category scope; future POS / Order history will add change/version governance for transaction-referenced codes.

Core:Brand CoreImplemented / continuously improved
HL-068Productivity

One Task, Four Speeds

EUMOSA uses a progressive maintenance ladder: single record → quick batch → Smart Match → Excel Bulk Import, with contextual Help and Local Draft protection in Quick Link Workspace.

User value

Fix one exception from its status, link tens of records in one batch workspace, let Smart Match v3 stage missing work, propose obvious matches inside the current candidate scope, flag suspicious existing links, focus unresolved exceptions with Manual/Suspected/Unlinked views, and use Excel for true bulk maintenance. Pending batch work can be restored safely without falsely labelling an empty target as manually selected, and completed rows can be saved without forcing unresolved rows to finish in the same session.

Platform value

Progressive Disclosure, deterministic matching, Explicit Save and the Bulk Master Data Pipeline form a reusable maintenance pattern; canonical relationships are never changed by an unconfirmed suggestion.
