These terms apply to the shared EUMOSA account, My EUMOSA, role registration, Portals, Workspaces, project collaboration and platform membership features. Additional terms may apply to specific brands, branches, transactions, investments or professional services.

By creating an account, signing in or using EUMOSA, you accept these terms. If you act for a brand, company, branch or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept applicable terms on its behalf.
Each natural person should normally maintain one EUMOSA account. The account may connect membership, roles, brands, branches, organisations and project Workspaces. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and promptly report unauthorised use.
Creating an account does not automatically grant brand management, manager, city scout, investment, property or professional-service status. Certain roles require registration, verification, approval, invitation or continuing eligibility.
You must not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, abusive, impersonating, review-manipulating, points-abusing, self-dealing or security-circumvention activities, or interfere with systems or access data without authorisation.
You retain rights in content you submit, while granting EUMOSA the non-exclusive rights necessary to provide, improve, display, verify and manage the service. You must ensure submitted information is accurate, lawful and provided with proper authority.
Project progress, tasks, documents, compensation and success criteria are governed by the relevant Workspace, order, quotation, contract or supplemental terms. EUMOSA provides collaboration and management tools and does not guarantee returns, business results, successful matching or opening dates.
For paid features, prices, taxes, payment, cancellation and refund conditions will be shown before purchase or acceptance. Users and providers remain responsible for applicable tax, invoicing and legal obligations unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Brands, branches, investors, landlords, professionals and other participants may be independent third parties. Unless expressly stated, EUMOSA does not make commitments for them and is not their employer, partner, agent or investment adviser.
The EUMOSA name, logos, interface, software, templates and original content are protected. You may not copy, reverse engineer, sell, rent or create confusingly similar services without permission.
EUMOSA may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts, roles or Workspace access for security risks, unlawful activity, material breach, false information, non-payment or risks to others. Where practicable, we will provide reasons and an appeal route.
EUMOSA will use reasonable efforts to maintain the service but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, EUMOSA is not liable for indirect loss, expected profit, data loss or third-party conduct. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.
We may update these terms for changes in features, law, security or business model. Material changes will be communicated reasonably. Continued use constitutes acceptance, except where fresh consent is legally required.
Except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, Dutch law applies. Please first contact service@eumosa.com so that we can try to resolve concerns amicably.
